Welcome to this segment of supplier training. The goal of this video is to walk you through the process of changing a supplier contact name for an existing product. After having done a product search using company name, we will start by selecting the NDA associated with the desired product. Now select your product.
As you can see, there is a supplier contact name already listed in the Contact field. In order to change a name, you must select the Lookup button. The Contact Lookup page will appear. You can type in the first few letters of the person's name at the supplier. Then click the Search button.
On the lower half of the page, the search results will display. You can select the appropriate contact by clicking on their name. As you can see, the supplier contact has been changed. This concludes the segment of supplier training which shows you how to change a supplier contact name.
