Vladan is a Research Scientist at Intel Labs where he focuses on designing embedded multi-camera systems and FPGA implementation of computational photography algorithms. He received his PhD and M.Sc. degrees in electrical and electronics engineering from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Lausanne (EPFL), and his B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from University of Belgrade.

His research interests primarily include multi-camera systems, embedded systems design, real-time implementation of image processing algorithms, computational photography and multi-resolution image processing.

Vladan has served as a reviewer for major journals and conferences in the field, as well as session chair. He has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications, a book on multi-camera systems design, and also one book chapter. He also owns 2 patents related to multi-camera systems. During his studies, Vladan was awarded Bob Owens Best Student Paper Award at the IEEE Workshop on Signal Processing Systems, SiPS 2012, and the Logitech prize for his thesis, for outstanding creativity, innovation, pragmatism and economic feasibility.
