Description
Quartus® II synthesis does not implement registers with sclr pins unless there are a minimum number of registers using the same synchronous clear signal. This behavior helps avoid poor utilization because only registers sharing the same synchronous clear can be packed into the same LAB.
Resolution
To manually force Quartus II synthesis to use registers with sclr pins even if there aren\'t enough registers with the same synchronous clear signal, apply the assignment Force Use of Synchronous Clear Signals to the registers in the Assignment Editor.
