Description
To create a custom_phy or low_latency_phy instance in the Quartus® II software version 10.1 for use with the Transceiver Toolkit, start with one of the example designs provided on the On-chip Debugging Design Examples page on the Altera website. The Qsys files in these examples already have one instance. To duplicate an instance in Qsys, select an existing instance, point to the Module menu and click Duplicate.
