The MPMC-932x system is equipped with unprecedented processing power, and provides all of the necessary elements required of modern mission computers including a full selection of standard and optional I/O. The MPMC-932x has the capability to accommodate up to two SBCs (or one SBC and one mezzanine carrier card) and support up to two XMC cards. The Data Transport System (DTS1) is a rugged Network Attached Storage (NAS) file server for use in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (UUV), and Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) aircraft. The DTS1 is easily integrated into network centric systems providing an easy to use, turnkey, rugged network File Server. The DTS1 system houses one Removable Memory Cartridge (RMC) that provides quick off load of data. The RMC can be easily removed from one DTS1 and installed into any other DTS1 providing full data transfer, seamlessly between one or more networks in separate locations (e.g. ground => vehicle => ground). Our advanced designs allow you to take advantage of mainstream cooling methodologies with advanced techniques and proven tools from the high-performance computing, giving you the power and size you need with less risk and associated costs. The 6U OpenVPX Intel® Xeon® D DSP is available in a range of ruggedized configurations to deliver optimal performance in the harshest deployed environments, including air-cooled and conduction-cooled variants. There is also resident a Core Function field programmable gate array (FPGA) used for Trusted COTS security and general-purpose I/O in addition to a dedicated Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) FPGA used for system monitoring and health.

The 3U OpenVPX™ CHAMP-XD3 (VPX3-484) security-enhanced, cognitive, rugged digital signal processor (DSP) engine module is designed for use in very compute-intensive industrial, aerospace and defense applications, enabling developers of High-Performance Embedded Computing (HPEC) systems to take full advantage of the unmatched performance of today’s Intel Xeon D-1700 architecture. The CHAMP-XD3 combines the high core count and floating-point performance of the Intel Xeon D-1700 processors with the substantial bandwidth and system-enabling features of the VITA 3U OpenVPX form-factor. Providing an extended temperature Intel Xeon D-1700 LCC processor with 10 cores, the CHAMP-XD3 brings Intel’s new AVX512 floating-point capability to the rugged embedded marketplace. This is coupled with 48 GB of high capacity DDR4-2400 with a bandwidth of >19 GBps per channel with three channels per processor. The extra memory bank and speed provide over 50% more memory bandwidth than prior generation modules ensuring memory accesses are not a bottleneck.
