Intel® based end-to-end IP Video Solution We offer an end-to-end Digital Signage and IP Video Solution, with a central Intel® based Server connecting to Intel® based Media Players, with video streamed via Intel® based Encoders and Transcoders. VITEC selected innovative new Intel® IoT platform, the Intel Atom® processor E3900 series for our next generation HD and 4K hardware encoding platform. The new processor enables us to provide a more flexible encoding platform for our customers, supporting a wider range of codecs versus traditional, single codec ASIC solutions. The high-performance GPU also allows us to achieve 4K HEVC streams in a highly compact form factor. Our newest AvediaStream Media Player, the m9605, uses an Intel® Core™-i3 7100U processor to decode 4K video and render 4K graphics at 60fps making it our most powerful media player capable of producing outstanding visual results. We have a range of server-based products which utilise the same Intel® technologies i.e., Intel® CPU/GPU and Intel® Media SDK to process and stream video. Our multi-server platform uses either Intel® Xeon® E3 or E5 processors to deliver highly functional interactive middleware and digital signage. Intel® Core™ i3 and E3 processors are also used in our server-based Transcoder and Encoder product families. The transcoders are able to process tens of video streams from one video format to another for use on mobile or other similar platforms. The server-based encoder is capable of ingest of quad 3G SDI as either four HD streams or 4K. Supporting both conventional broadcast codecs such as H>264 and H.265 it also supports more recent codec technologies such as NDI.
