TVARIT is a world-leading deep-tech company based in Frankfurt, Germany, specialising in the development and commercialisation of a patented industrial AI solution for foundries and metalworking industries. The company was established in 2019 by our founders Suhas Patel (XYZ) and Rahul Prajapat (Ex-IITian) based on what they call "business-driven philanthropy. We are driven by the vision of sustainable and zero-waste manufacturing. Our goal is to pave the way for manufacturers worldwide to achieve maximum overall equipment efficiency (OEE) with virtually no waste and energy loss, and next-generation production planning focused on energy efficiency, using our cutting-edge AI technology (TiA).Our technology "augments and empowers" the human machine operator and supports him or her in real-time by providing extremely accurate and realistic recommendations for process parameters and recommended actions. At the same time, our technology learns independently with each part produced. TiA thus not only becomes more and more precise in its recommendations but is also able to conserve and continuously expand knowledge. Hence, we are providing an essential, indispensable contribution to securing the future of an entire industry that is driven by ever-increasing cost pressure, exploding energy and raw material costs, stricter environmental regulations, a knowledge drain that threatens the very existence of the industry and a lack of young talent, as well as, above all, a disruption of the entire product portfolio due to electromobility. We are the only Industrial AI company in the world that integrates physical simulations into AI modelling, increasing the accuracy of our parameter recommendations ("prescriptions") to almost 100%. This allows us to integrate production or physical processes into our models that cannot be measured by sensors and thus cannot be taken into account by traditional AI (such as the flow and solidification behaviour of liquid metal in the mould). We call this unique process "Hybrid AI". Secondly, we have managed to make our AI models scalable. Normally, AI models cannot be applied one-to-one to other machines or products because the data points and parameters are always different and therefore no longer fit the model. We have developed and patented a technology for this that enables our AI models to learn from the experience of previous models (for example, from other machines) and apply them. The new models only need to learn the new, different parameters and data points, thus requiring only 1/3 of the data (and therefore time).We have bagged some really great achievements in our portfolio, especially the external awards, such as- 1st place - "Best Startup" (out of 45 participants) at the DigitalFUTUREcongress 2022.- 2nd place - "Startup Challenge" (out of 33 participants) at A.T.
