Intel and Red Hat OpenShift Architecture
Intel and Red Hat technologies come together in the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.11 Reference Architecture, a customized solution for digital transformation, security, and sustainability goals. This cloud-native architecture enables DevOps and IT to accelerate application deployment and to easily scale across any cloud environment, from on-premises, to hybrid, to the public cloud, and to the edge. The result is an open, flexible, secure, and interoperable infrastructure that handles high volumes of applications and data to support fast innovation for a competitive advantage. Several Intel® Accelerators help boost performance and machine learning efficiency over previous architectures, and the Granulate real-time software optimization reduces workload costs while increasing server throughput by up to 5x. Additional open-source components help accelerate time-to-value for AI projects. The audience for this reference architecture includes enterprise infrastructure companies, network operators, communications service providers, and cloud service providers.
