Gina Robles has been working at Intel Arizona for 26 years — the entire time as a manufacturing tech. Robles is part of a team that introduces bare silicon into the Intel semiconductor factory and then ships off the finished chips to their next step. “It’s amazing that I’ve had a hand in bringing this technology to life,” she says.
