Detailed Description

Debug Info Collector Tool is a Windows diagnostic collection utility designed to assist with Intel® AMT and CSME troubleshooting.

The tool automatically gathers relevant system, driver, firmware, and network information and packages everything into a single ZIP report, simplifying analysis and issue triage.

What the Tool Collects (High Level)

  • Operating system information, timezone, and selected LMS registry values
  • SetupAPI logs, LMS logs, and LMS application/system event logs
  • Intel® MEI, Wi‑Fi, and network adapter driver details
  • WLAN report, Wi‑Fi ETL/WiMan ETL files, and stored WLAN profiles
  • Power configuration (powercfg -a) and Sleep Study report
  • MEInfo output (-fwsts, -verbose) based on detected firmware major version
  • Firmware backup (FWUpdLcl64.exe) and partition version information
  • RPC-based Intel® AMT information
  • Intel® AMT WS‑MAN class data (via helper script)
  • MPS connection quality test results
  • System information and display resolution details
