Introduction

The Intel® Server Firmware Update Utility is a command-line tool used for updating the system BIOS, BMC, CPLD, ME, FD, FRU, and SDR. Also, it is used to restore BIOS and firmware settings.

For filenames and paths related to this server utility, the abbreviation "sysfwupdt" is used.
