Introduction
This package contains the ir3 3108 ROC hardware RAID driver for RedHat Linux* and SuSE Linux* for Intel® High Availability Storage 2.0 solution As of February 19, 2024, no functional, security, or other updates will be provided for Intel® RAID Controllers RS3SC008, RS3MC044 and RS3DC080 family of products. All versions are provided as is. Intel recommends that users of Intel® RAID Controllers RS3SC008, RS3MC044 and RS3DC080 products discontinue use as soon as possible.

This download supports 3108 ROC (RAID On Chip) controllers using SAS software stack with HA-DAS premium feature key installed: (RS3SC008, RS3MC044, RS3DC080). Please ensure that this utility has been tested with the RAID card you have chosen to use by checking the drivers web page for your controller at http://support.intel.com.
*These older controllers should work but have not been tested.
