2.2.1. Standalone Installation with Supported Intel® Quartus® Prime Software

You can install the standalone RiscFree* IDE for your system that has a pre-installed Intel® Quartus® Prime software.
The standalone RiscFree* IDE debug utility requires the Intel® Quartus® Prime binaries from the installed Intel® Quartus® Prime software directory: ../<Intel Quartus Prime installation directory>. Install the RiscFree* IDE in the same path as the Intel® Quartus® Prime software. If you select a different path, you receive the following message:
