Boost Performance for Stateful Apps Deployed in K8s with Lightbits*
This demo uses Sherlock*, an open source performance framework, to run and stress databases on Kubernetes* (also known as K8s): MySQL*, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server*, and MongoDB*.
The Lightbits* Container Storage Interface (CSI) driver uses nonvolatile memory express (NVMe) and TCP as the transport. For storage, Lightbits software and Intel® hardware are used to create a fast software-defined storage solution for K8s.
