- Premium Solution support is for Intel’s IOTG customers who have entered into a software support agreement with Intel.
- Community support is a forum open to all users of Edge Software Hub.

On the Premium Solution support page you can kick-start your premium technical support engagement by following a simple process. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
Through Premium Solution support, you receive:
- An assigned professional contact and technical expert.
- Dedicated private issue tracking project to log and track each request.
- Onboarding trainings on Intel software available on Edge Software Hub.
- Response within committed Service Level Agreement (SLA) on the issues reported.
- Debug and root cause analysis on your own software stack and hardware.
