Introducing the IEI* TANK AIoT Developer Kit and Intel® Vision Accelerator Design products with the Mustang-V100-MX8 PCIe accelerator card, engineered to leverage the performance, value, and power-efficiency of an Intel® Core™ processor, Intel® Xeon® processor, or Intel® Movidius™ Vision Processing Unit.

With the rapid expansion of AI-based IoT solutions, companies need effective tools to expedite development and deployment.  Current applications utilizing both AI and IoT require large scale cloud to edge deployments and supporting software tools to accelerate time to market. But what happens when challenges such as processor performance constraints or the need to expand vision inference to support multiple video feeds arise?

Our new Developer Kit can help you easily build high-performance solutions straight out of the box for a broad array of industrial and retail solutions. The IEI TANK AIoT Developer Kit and Intel Vision Accelerator Design with Intel Movidius technology includes pre-installed software and multiple deep learning model types to cover these scenarios.

With these integrated hardware and software tools, you can cover a broad array of industrial, retail, and other use cases. Your application performance is seamlessly maximized by optimizing across different Intel® CPU, GPU, VPU and FPGA hardware.

Easy Setup

The IEI TANK AIoT Development Kit supports rapid development for reduced time-to-market. Its preinstalled hardware, developer tools and SDKs include the Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ toolkit, Intel® System Studio 2019, and Intel® Media SDK. The pretrained models supplied are optimized for Intel® hardware, and preloaded code samples help you to get your system set up quickly.

Rapid Application Development

Our reference implementations support a range of industrial and retail use cases, help you to more rapidly accelerate workloads on a range of Intel®  silicon, with seamless integration between components for your end-to-end solutions.

Performance and Reliability

Offloading workloads to optional Intel Vision Accelerator Design products which increases the available processing power in the system is a viable scale out mechanism. In addition, the included server chipset provides data integrity and reliability with error-correcting code (ECC) memory support. This ECC feature is only available for the Intel Xeon processor version of the kit.
