Huaming, specialized in the research and development of automated fare collection (AFC) systems and terminal equipment, has launched an integrated system solution for ticket gate registration, identification, and verification using palm vein recognition technology. Utilizing Yumai palm vein recognition algorithms and the Realbom next-gen, high-speed, and reliable edge AI box based on Intel® architecture, the solution is applied to the Huaming smart ticket gate system. The solution quickly and accurately retrieves passenger palm vein features to allow for fast pass, effectively alleviating passenger congestion during peak hours and protecting against the vulnerabilities of verification methods such as QR codes.
