Description
The Generic Serial Flash Interface (GSFI) is a core that can communicate with any QSPI type flash memory device. Through a series of explanations and examples of the Generic Serial Flash Interface’s registers, the user will become familiar with what is needed to successfully read from and write to a QSPI flash device. A sample design is described and a link provided so the user can quickly implement this core into their design.
