Description
The PCI Express* Lane Margin Tool is used to obtain voltage and time margin information for 64 GT/s, 32 GT/s and 16 GT/s capable PCIe receivers. It supports PCI Express lane margining as defined in the PCIe* specification for Windows* and Linux* operating systems.
