Description
Per Article 9 of the EU Waste Framework Directive (WFD), any supplier of an article placed on the EU market that contains Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC) on the Candidate List above 0.1% by weight must provide the information pursuant to Article 33(1) of the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) Regulation to the SCIP Database as from January 5, 2021.
