What if I have the Intel® PROSet/Wireless WiFi Connection Utility installed on my PC that I am upgrading to Windows 7*?
You need to download and install the Intel PROSet/Wireless WiFi Connection Utility for Windows 7 after you upgrade the operating system.

How do I install Intel® My WiFi Technology (Intel® MWT)?
Intel® MWT is integrated into the installation of Intel® PROSet Wireless version 13.2 You can either upgrade to this newer version of Intel PROSet Wireless, or follow these instructions for how to install Intel MWT.

Will my Intel® WiMAX adapter work in Windows 7?

Install Intel PROSet 13.0 or later after upgrading from Windows Vista to Windows 7. Refer to Recommendations prior to upgrading from Windows Vista to Windows 7.

What if I installed Intel® PROSet software on Windows Vista prior to upgrading to Windows 7?
Uninstall 13.0 for Windows Vista and then install 13.2 or later for Windows 7. Each version only installs drivers specific to that operating system. Refer to Recommendations after upgrading from Windows Vista to Windows 7.

Why does Intel® PROSet software on Windows 7 and Windows Vista appear differently than on Windows XP*?
Intel PROSet software graphical user interface (GUI) changed beginning with the release of version 13.x that supports Windows Vista.

What does Intel® PROSet/Wireless Advanced Enterprise Software provide to IT Administrators?
The enhanced Intel PROSet/Wireless Advanced Enterprise Software provides the same familiar Intel user interface and tools available for Microsoft Windows XP with the addition of enterprise features such as the IT Administrator Toolkit, Adapter Switching, Profile Migration Tool and Reset PROSet.
