Some AXXUSBFLOPPY kits have shipped with a USB cable (PN: 6017B0054201) that is approximately one inch too short for use in the Intel® Server Chassis SR1500.
All inventory of the incorrect revision cables have been purged and all AXXUSBFLOPPY kits have been screened for the correct cable. All future AXXUSBFLOPPY kits will ship with the proper cable included. If you have purchased a kit with the short USB cable and would like a replacement, contact Intel using your normal warranty process.
