Intel offers basic information on installing a few Linux* distributions, such as Redhat*, SuSE* and Ubuntu* on Intel® Desktop Boards. Information on the Web is based on the results of operating system installation with default settings and simple workarounds for installation issues. Not every available subsystem or software application was tested.
Information on Linux support resources is presented on AS IS basis with no further responsibilities on fixing issues reported to Intel Customer Support. The support policy for Linux through phone and chat remains 'best effort’ or ‘no support’, depending on location.
