At Intel, Finance is a full partner in corporate business decisions. The expertise and skills you gain during your finance rotations will maximize your ability to influence those decisions.

Through our Finance rotation, you may choose to explore a new role every 18-36 months. This variety will help you build a broad set of skills and experiences to continuously improve performance, grow professionally, and gain exposure to different finance functions and Intel businesses worldwide.

How to qualify

Finance is looking for BA/BS and MBA candidates with an emphasis in accounting, finance or economics. Well-qualified candidates will have strong financial technical, accounting and controls, problem-solving, leadership, teamwork, business partnering, and communication skills. They must have a firm understanding of financial statements and their interrelationships, as well as demonstrated skills with the Microsoft Office suite of tools. The ideal candidate will have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and must have the permanent right to work in the United States without sponsorship of a company.

Finance rotation opportunities are available at various Intel U.S. sites, including Hillsboro, OR; Chandler, AZ; Santa Clara, CA; Folsom, CA; and Rio Rancho, NM. Check out our Where do I fit? matrix to help you locate the right position and location for your interests.
