Failure Analysis Service
Complimentary Failure Analysis (FA) on select FPGA products under specific conditions.
FA Eligibility Requirements:
- Agilex™ 9, 7, 5, 3, Stratix® 10, and Arria® 10 product families
- For other products:
- Generation IV or newer for Stratix®, Arria®, Cyclone® Series
- Generation II or newer for MAX® Series
- A minimum of three (3) devices must exhibit the same failure mode.
Note: Products excluded in the above list are not eligible for FA.
