Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.1, tensor blocks might be incorrectly inferred with a separate reset signals for input and output stages. RTL inference of fixed-point tensor blocks into Agilex™ 5 DSP blocks is only supported when using a single reset signal for all stages.
Due to the incorrect inference during synthesis, the tensor block is incorrectly implemented in a DSP block with only one of the reset signals driving both input and output stages. This might result in incorrect behavior in hardware.
This problem does not occur in RTL simulation.
To work around this problem, only use a single reset when inferring fixed-point tensor blocks.
This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus Prime Pro Edition Software version 24.2
