Error(21961): Input port OE of a "LVDS" I/O output buffer "*|gpio_0|core|i_loop[0].altera_gpio_bit_i|output_buffer.obuf_0" is not supported.

Description

Due to a problem in Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.2 and earlier, you may see this error when implementing an LVDS output using the GPIO FPGA IP in Arria® 10 devices. The fitter incorrectly believes an Output Enable is being used on the LVDS output.

Resolution

This problem is fixed starting from Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 23.4.
