Description
Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 23.2, you might see this error when you compile a design targetting an Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX device.
Resolution
To avoid this error, install the device support package for Intel® Arria® 10 device.
This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
