Description
Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 22.3 and earlier, you might see this internal error during the Fitter-Place stage when the h2f_axi_master and h2f_lw_axi_master interfaces of the HPS IP are exported but not connected. This problem only occurs when targeting Intel Agilex® 7 devices.
Resolution
To work around this problem, do not export the h2f_axi_master and h2f_lw_axi_master interfaces if they are not used.
This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software with an error message to point out the unconnected interfaces.
