    RLDRAM II Controller with UniPHY Intel® FPGA IP

Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime software, you may see this error message during the compilation of the sequencer microcode when generating the External Memory Interface UniPHY IP. This issue occurs when the PC Windows Subsystem for Linux parameter is enabled and a bash.exe process is seen in Windows Task Manager.

Resolution

In the Windows Control Panel > Programs > Programs And Features > Turn Windows features on or off,  unselect the parameter : Windows Subsystem for Linux.

Reboot the PC, open the Quartus® Prime project and regenerate the UniPHY IP.
