Description
In correction to AN454, In Quartus® II version 5.0 and later, the PRESERVE_PLL_COUNTER_ORDER setting
in the Quartus II software logic option is NOT automatically turned on, PLEASE TURN IT ON if the PLL reconfiguration feature is used in the PLL.
