Description

The thermal resistance of Cyclone® V in Early Power Estimator (EPE) spreadsheet was updated since Quartus Prime 16.1 version. Intel thermal resistance webpage is up-to-date wherever any material changes which impacted the thermal resistance data change.

Resolution

Users will need to manually enter the custom Theta in EPE for power estimation.
