Description

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 18.1 and earlier, this internal error may occur when two adjacent IOs in the same bank have conflicting IO standards.

Resolution

To avoid this internal error, check and resolve any conflicting the IO standard assignments in the same bank.
