Description

Due to a problem in the Quartus Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.1 for Windows* you may see this error when opening the Quartus Prime Pro Edition Software. This occurs because of missing libraries in the installation.

Resolution

To work around this problem, install the Microsoft Visual C Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013.
