Model 'chip' does not exist

The internal error occurs when you open the Logic Lock Region pane, Chip Planner or the Timing Analyzer GUI after running Analysis and Elaboration.

To work around this problem, run Analysis and Synthesis before opening the Logic Lock Region pane, Chip Planner or the Timing Analyzer GUI.

This problem is fixed starting with the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 21.1.
