Critical Issue

Description

The Quartus Prime software may generate critical warnings for Cyclone IV Hard IP for PCI Express designs that connect the ALTGX_RECONFIG IP core to the ALTPLL IP core.

Resolution

When these two components are in asynchronous clock domains, you can safely identify this connection as a false path.
