Where can I make global timing options assignments in the Quartus® II software version 3.0?

Environment

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description Global timing options (including options such as "Cut off clear and preset signal paths") can be set in the Settings dialog box under Timing Settings in the Other Requirements & Options section (Assignment menu).

In the Quartus II software versions older than 3.0, the Timing Settings were located in the Assignment Organizer as well as the Settings dialog box.
