Are there any errors in Application Note 33 (Configuring FLEX 8000 Devices), June 2000, ver. 3.03?

Critical Issue

Description In Figure 3, "Active Serial Device Configuration with Automatic Reconfiguration on Error" there should be a connection between nSTATUS and OE. The original connection between OE and Vcc should be removed such that the nCONFIG signal is the only one being pulled up directly to Vcc.
