I received an internal error when entering symbols into a Graphic Design File (.gdf). What should I do?

Environment

Description The internal error may be caused by a video driver conflict. To determine if a video driver is causing the internal error, change your Windows video driver to VGA and reboot the PC. Then, if MAX PLUS II does not produce an internal error when you enter symbols into a Graphic Design File (.gdf), the problem was caused by a video driver conflict. Contact the video driver manufacturer to determine if a new version of the video driver is available.
