Qsys generates an " invalid command name" error when your computer uses Turkish language settings

Critical Issue

Description

If you use the Turkish language setting on your computer, Qsys might generate an " invalid command name" error when attempting to access IP cores from the IP Catalog.

Resolution

To avoid this error, change your computer settings to the English, US locale.
