What is the Theta-JA and Theta-JC for a 16-pin SOIC package?

Description

For a 16-pin Small Outline Integrated Circuit (SOIC) Package the Theta-JA=100C/W and the Theta-JC=60C/W. This specification will apply to all Serial Configuration (EPCS) devices in the 16-pin SOIC package.
