Can I create programming files for production Stratix V series devices using the Quartus II software version 11.1sp2?

Description No, there is no way to create programming files for production Stratix® V series devices using the Quartus®  II software version 11.1sp2 and earlier.
Resolution For programming file generation for production Stratix V series devices you will need to use the Quartus II software version 12.0 and later.
