Why does the IDCODE of my Arria 10 10AX066 Engineering Sample device differ from the value in the handbook and BSDL file?

Description

The IDCODE of the Arria® 10 10AX066 Engineering Sample (ES) device is different to the IDCODE of the production device.

The IDCODE that is found in the Arria 10 device handbook chapter JTAG Boundary-Scan Testing in Arria 10 Devices (PDF) and Boundary Scan Description language (BSDL) file from Arria 10 BSDL Files is for the production device only.

The IDCODE for the 10AX066 ES device is 32b'00000010111000000101000011011101 (0x02E050DD).

The IDCODE for the 10AX066 production device is 32b'00000010111001000101000011011101 (0x02E450DD).
