How to identify the Rx sinal is NTSC or PAL in SD-SDI?

Environment

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description There is no indication signal in the SDI IP core to identify if the received video data is NTSC or PAL when the format is SD-SDI.
Resolution Customer can use user logic to determine which mode by counting rx_F/rx_H pulse numbers beetween SAV and EAV symbols.
