Why is there a new installation file for the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition version 18.1 Update 2 software for Linux?

Description

The installer in the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition version 18.1 Update 2 software was updated due to an upgrade of the third-party installation packaging software.

Resolution

 

The contents of the installation file are identical, that is the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software is identical in both packages.
