Description
"Arria® V Hard IP for PCI Express® User Guide" has introduced with "reconfig_from/to_xcvr" interface ports of transceiver reconfiguration feature for Arria V device. But the transceiver reconfiguration feature for PCI Express Hard IP with Arria V device will be available from Quartus® II version 12.0. The user guide in version 11.1 has intorduced the feature in advance.
