Can an FPGA Xchange-Format File (.fx) be generated when using Altera IP cores in OpenCore Plus mode?

Description

No, when using Altera® IP cores in OpenCore Plus mode, FPGA Xchange-Format (.fx) files will not be generated for use with third-party symbol generation tools such as Mentor Graphics I/O Designer software. You will need a full IP license for .fx files to be generated.
