BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 12.1 and later, you may see this internal error during the Assembler when you use a reserve pin assignmnet to a refclk pin and the clock is not used in the design.
Resolution

To work around this issue, remove the assignments to this clock pin.

This problem is scheduled to be resolved in a future release of the Quartus II software.
