Do Cyclone devices in the T100 package support LVDS channels?

The EP1C3 device in the 100-pin TQFP package does not have any true differential receivers available.  LVDS is supported using emulated LVDS buffers.

For the EP1C3T100 device, LVDS is supported with the following data rates:

 - Tx identical to other Cyclone® devices with -6/-7/-8 performance of 640/640/550Mbps
 - Rx more conservative with 200Mbps across speed grades

To use these emulated LVDS transmitters and receivers, assign the LVDS I/O standard in the Quartus II software.  The pins which are available as emulated LVDS transmitters or receivers may be seen in Pin Planner by using the "Show Differential Pin Pair Connections".
