Error (12252): Link_test_sopc_sys.clk.clk_reset/checker_0.csr_clk_reset: Missing connection end (try "Remove Dangling Connections")

You may encounter the following Quartus® II errors if you try to recompile the Stratix® IV and V Transceiver Toolkit version 12.1 design examples with Quartus II 13.0:

1. Error (12252): Link_test_sopc_sys.clk.clk_reset/checker_0.csr_clk_reset: Missing connection end (try "Remove Dangling Connections")
2. Error (12252): Checker_0_csr_slave_translator.avalon_anti_slave_0: Cannot connect checker_0_csr_slave_translator.reset because checker_0.reset is not connected
3. Error (12077): Node instance "auto_hub" instantiated with unknown parameter "BROADCAST_FEATURE"
   

Perform the following steps in Qsys to remove the errors:

1. Click "Remove Dangling Connections".
2. Provide resets to the generator and checker blocks.
3. Remove the files with prefix "sld_*" from the Megafunctions™ folder in the design example.
